一人ひとりに心を配る

当団体は、一人ひとりの人間を育てることを大切にしています。生徒は自らの個性にあったペースで成長し、学習目標を達成していきます。

責任をもって行動できるようになるための成長は、生徒とボランティアの１対１の人間関係によって育まれます。ボランティアは、学習面の指導にとどまらす、生徒たちの日常生活にも心を配ります。一人ひとりの生徒のさまざまな面での成長に関心をもち、一人ひとりが自分の価値に目覚め、社会の中で責任を持って行動していけるよう促します。また、プライバシーを尊重しながらも、生徒たちの心配や悩みに耳を傾け、生徒と喜びや悲しみをともにし、他者に心を配る生き方のできる価値観を育てていきたいと考えております。

Adachi International Academy Educational Vision

　Education emphasizing a "person to person" approach.　AIA tries to build the personality of each one. It stresses responsibility based on freedom and personal growth. A learning "person to person" process fosters development . The volunteer staff does not only stresses theoretical learning it also cares about the daily live of the students.

　The educational vision is Christian in the sense that it aims to assist each one to grow as citizen of society and to develop his/her capabilities and talents received from God. The main educational aim is to nurse persons able to serve others. In other words, following the example of Christ to become persons that are not egoistic but are able to foster a spirit of service to others and to the world. Persons full of compassion and even affection to the poor and people in need.

　AIA provides scholarships to children that having attended the Academy for a few months have passed the entrance examination into High School.
